It has easy volume adjustment settings with +/- and mute on.

The dynamic EQ feature automatically adjusts audio for voice or multimedia use. It protects hearing from loud sound spikes by limiting call volume at 118db with SoundGuard. With ultra-soft leatherette ear cushions and a lightweight headband, it let you enjoy all-day comfort and a secure fit. You can simply fold the ear cushions flat, and store in the included carrying case.
